Key Library does not collect, store, or share any of your personal data with us or any third party.
Key Library uses your device's camera to photograph keys you choose to scan. These photos, along with any notes, categories, and tags you add, are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service — the app has no backend server to upload them to.
Key matching and text recognition are performed entirely on your device using Apple's built-in Vision framework. No image or key data ever leaves your device for this processing.
Key Library does not require you to create an account, does not use analytics or tracking tools, and does not display advertising.
Since all data lives only on your device, deleting a key within the app — or deleting the app itself — permanently removes that data. We have no copy of it anywhere to delete on our end, because we never had one.
